Sometimes users complain that their opponent quit the game or disconnected when losing to avoid damage to their rating points. While it may be genuine in some cases, there are a few users out there who don't wish to lose! However, the adjudication system ensure that you get your win and points for the game.

- If your opponent quits when losing by 50 points or more, you get the win and points very shortly. To verify, click on the history button in the lobby.

- When the difference in scores is less than 50 points, you still get the win but after a day or two. This is done so that your opponent has adequate time to resume the game.

- In case you got disconnected and have a stored game with a user, click on the players tab at the top, right click on their name and match.

- Users who are frequently reported as quitters may be banned from Scrabulous. We request all players to be fair and take losses as part of the experience. It is impossible for you to win all the games!
